Amy began dancing at the age of 3. She was offered a full scholarship from her studio at the age of 12 and began assisting classes in the studio at age 14. She was involved in the local community theaters as a dancer/singer, as well as teaching at local dance studios during college.  She has experience in Precision style dance and studied with a former Radio City Rockette for a few years. She and her youngest daughter, Elliana, performed in the precision dance troupe The Carolina Snowbelles, in Blowing Rock, NC, founded and directed by former Rockette Cheryl Cutlip.  

 

Amy has worked for Next Generation Kids teaching dance classes and musical theater camps since 2004.  She is currently certified in Group Fitness, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, and as a Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and has been working in the fitness industry for 25 years.
